Meridian Arts Centre is a performing arts venue in the North York district of Toronto.

How to Get There
Meridian Arts Centre is easily accessible by car or TTC.

It is located at 5040 Yonge Street, Toronto, Ontario, M2N 6R8, a short drive north of the 401 and just
south of Mel Lastman Square.

TTC users can reach us with a short walk south from North York Centre station or a short walk north
from Yonge-Sheppard station.

COVID-19 Protocol
The organizers of the congress will put in place a COVID protocol in compliance with the
requirements of the local authorities. This may imply restricting the access to the congress to only
fully vaccinated delegates and / or delegates presenting a negative COVID test.

Certificate of Attendance
A certificate of attendance will be sent via email to each attendee after the congress.

Letter of Invitation
A letter of invitation can be requested online during the registration process once the applicable fees
have been paid. Letters of invitation for visa application do not imply a commitment from the
conference to provide a financial support

Travel Insurance
It is recommended that participants obtain adequate cover for travel, health and accident insurance
before they depart from their countries. ISSAID and MCI as organizers cannot accept responsibility
for personal injuries, or loss of, or damage to, private property belonging to the congress
participants.

Visa
The visa requirements for Toronto vary according to the country of origin of its visitors. All visitors
entering Canada must be in the possession of a valid passport. Please check which rules and
