Procedures

For meeting registrations and hotel reservations, all participants must submit a complete the online registration form.

Register here

ISSAID 2025 requires the full data for each individual participant, including updated postal address and e-mail address. Incomplete registrations cannot be processed. Confirmation of the registration will be sent only when the corresponding payment is received.

While registering online, it is possible to create a user-account, enabling you to come back to your data to update them.

* Trainees must be already an ISSAID member in order to access this registration fee.
** A proof of your status (confirmation letter from your head of department) will be requested upon registration

Payment

Full payment should be received before the relevant deadline. To facilitate processing, participants should clearly indicate in all remittances their name, address and the purpose for which the payment is made. Either of the following means can be used for payment:

Please indicate the participant's / group's name, identifier and “ISSAID 2025” on ALL payments (for example, ISSAID 2025-I/XX or G/XX).

All expenses shall be borne by ordering customer.
Please note that intermediary bank fees may be applied, please verify with your local bank.

Payment by personal cheques cannot be accepted.
Confirmation will be sent only when the corresponding payment is received.

Modifications and Cancellations

Cancellation conditions
All cancellations must be sent to MCI Suisse SA in writing. For cancellations received up to 5 March 2025, deposits will be refunded less 25% administrative charge. After this date, no refunds will be possible.

Modification conditions
A handling fee of EUR 40 per registration will be charged for every registration modification received from 5 March 2025. For a name change, written permission from the original participant will be required, along with full contact details of the substitution.
